Our ikigai stands for the equilibrium of passion, mission, profession and vocation. Constantly looking for reasons to wake up in the morning, I realized it is all about mental and spiritual conditions that we set to ourselves.

How to impulse this reason for being and live to the fullest?

Kick off your wellbeing journey. Do small things that really matter. Get closer to your goals day after day. Keep in mind that you are in competition with yourself first. Focus on consistency.

In 2020, more than ever, did we understand what really matters in life.
We got taught that each day that we take is already a gift. Hence, it is crucial to live and share every single moment. Get the most out of your life. Live your life to the fullest.

Be close to your surrounding. Tell people that you love them. Spread happiness around you.

Don’t forget to step outside of an experience to review and appreciate it. Savor your shower, your meal, your walk. Be grateful. They can be little things or big things.

Be a driven person. Engage yourself. Realize your dreams. Act. Believe. Aspire and Inspire. Make a difference. Have an impact.

Be kind to yourself. We are all humans. It’s okay to have feelings. Trust yourself. Be emotional. Be yourself. Relax. Take it easy. Take the pressure off.
